Minimizing the environmental impact has always been a concern of the company, both in implementing new investment projects or activities, in operation and maintenance of various infrastructure storage and in transportation of electricity and natural gas. 

The protection of the environment, minimizing impacts, the rational use of natural resources, prevention of pollution and supporting the development of renewable energy are the main commitments of REN´s environmental policy.
