Mr. Aníbal Santos holds a degree in Finance and a Ph.D. in Economics. His
academic training was conducted at the ISCEF (Portugal), at the University of
Texas at Austin (USA) and at the University of Oxford (United Kingdom).
Mr. Aníbal Santos is  Executive Director of  REN-Redes Energéticas Nacionais,
SGPS, S.A. and Lecturer at the Department of Economics and at the
Executive Programs of UCP.
He was, among other positions, Director of several companies, General Director
of the Office of Community Affairs (MIE), member of the Advisory Board of the
Portugal Telecom Group and Director of the Department of Economics of
Catholic University.
Academic areas and professional experience: Industrial Economics,
Economics of Regulation and of the "Public Utilities" and Corporate Finance.
