Mr. Fernando Rocha de Andrade holds a Master in Law in the area of Law and Economics, from the Faculty of Law of Universidade de Coimbra.
Lecturer in the Faculty of Law of Universidade de Coimbra since 1995.
Mr. Fernando Rocha de Andrade worked as Undersecretary of State for Internal Affairs from March 2005 until 1 February 2008. He was assistant to the Minister of Justice (2001-2002), adviser to the Chairman of the Portuguese Constitutional Court (1999-2000) and assistant to the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs (1995-1999).
Mr. Fernando Rocha de Andrade is the author and co-author of articles on taxation, public finance and electoral law.
