José Manuel Félix Morgado
Mr. José Morgado holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, holding a specialization in Management of Assets and Liabilities from INSEAD.
Between 1990 and 1993, was part of the Samuel Montagu Investment Bank and HSBC Investment Bank in London and Lisbon.
Between 1993 and 2005, was Senior of Banco Comercial Português, S.A., having exercised functions, among others, as CFO of Seguros & Pensões and Director of Companhias de Seguros Ocidental Vida, Ocidental Seguros, Império Bonança, and Companhia Portuguesa de Seguros de Saúde.
Mr. José Morgado was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Império Vida y Diversos, and member of the Directive Committee of the BCP Investment.
Between 2005 and 2006, he was a member of the High Board of EDP – Energias de Portugal, CFO and later Managing Director of Oni SGPS, responsible restructuring and repositioning plan operator in Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Mr. José Morgado is Vice-President of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee (CEO) of Inapa – Investimentos, Gestão e Participações, IPG, SGPS, since February 2007, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of its subsidiaries in Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Angola and Portugal.
