Mr. Luis Atienza Serna exercised throughout their professional life, among others, the functions of Spanish Minister of Agriculture, Fishing and Food, Secretary General for Energy and Mineral Resources of the Spanish Ministry of Industry and Energy, President of the Spanish Institute for Energy Diversification and Investment (IDEA) and Secretary General of Agricultural Structures Department of Agriculture, Fishing and Food of Spain.
