REN Portgás honoured for the quality of its contact centre

 

Portgás, a company fully owned by REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, was awarded the "Silver" trophy by the Portuguese Association of Contact Centres (Associação Portuguesa de Contact Centers - APCC) in the category of best contact centre in Portugal in the energy sector. The award was presented at the APCC Best Awards ceremony, which took place at the end of the association's international conference, in Cascais.
 
In April this year, Portgás was granted the APCC quality certificate with a very high score in the first audit carried out. The excellence of this service provided by Portgás led to the honour now bestowed, the first time the company has competed for this award.

The main purpose of APCC Best Awards' trophies, an annual initiative of the APCC, is to honour and offer visibility to the organisations that most stand out for the implementation and adoption of good organisational practices in the contact centre area in Portugal, both in strategic, operational, and technological management, and in human capital, and also to contribute to the recognition of service excellence and to the strengthening and development of this activity, aiming for the highest standards of quality and performance.
