The REN Ambassadors Plug-In Programme seeks to create a channel of proximity between REN, universities, and students.

This programme is a bid to make REN more attractive to Portuguese universities and young talents.

This Programme also provides visibility on the sector, a range of practical experiences, and a network of contacts for your first steps in the work world.

Follow-up

  • Onboarding where you will learn about REN’s values, the ambassador’s objectives, the REN Trainee programme, and their testimonials.

  • Buddy Programme with one of the Trainees to guide you through this challenge and boost your networking.

  • Follow-up with Human Resources to align on expectations.

Opportunities

  • Job Shadowing to learn more about a specific area that interests you and the day-to-day workings of the job.

  • Participation in REN initiatives (e.g., job fairs, open days…).

  • Possibility of doing an internship or your dissertation at REN (subject to current vacancies).

  • REN Ambassador certificate.
