• Strengthen the National Electricity Transmission Network (RNT), creating conditions for a significant increase in the capacity to receive and distribute new renewable generation;
• Provide network response capacity to expressions of interest made to the RNT operator for the development of new photovoltaic power plant projects;
• Contribute to the fulfillment of the targets set out in the National Energy and Climate Plan (PNEC) 2021-2030 (for the reception of new renewable production).
