Green finance, Debt, Rating and Prospectus
With the objective of aligning its financing and sustainability policies and strategies, REN established its Green Finance Framework through which it finances investments dedicated to energy transition, a priority in the company's sustainability strategy.
REN also intends to contribute to the development of the Green Bonds and Green Loans market and to the growth of Socially Responsible Investment, while benefiting from a more diversified investor base.

EMTN Prospectus
The resolutions of the General Meeting held on April 28, 2008, which deliberated for the consolidation of all existing debt on REN SGPS, S.A., and the attribution of a Rating Notation by the agencies Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s, enabled REN to start issuing Bonds in International Debt Capital Markets.
