As part of the transition process and independence of its operations, Transemel has awarded the remote operation and maintenance services of its assets to the company STN of the SAESA group, within a competitive process with multiple bidders. We thank both STN and the other participants for their high-quality proposals.

This contractual alliance, with a medium-long-term vision, is part of Transemel's strategy to position itself in the Chilean electricity market as a provider of robust solutions in the national energy industry. Transemel has facilities of the 220/110/66 kV National and Zonal Transmission system in the cities of Arica, Iquique, Calama, Antofagasta and Los Ángeles.

The service for the remote operation of the facilities considers the supervision, control and monitoring in real time of the Transemel facilities, ensuring the operational continuity and quality of service of the facilities under normal and emergency conditions. For its part, the maintenance service considers planning, managing and carrying out scheduled maintenance and contingency care at Transemel's facilities, ensuring the availability and useful life of the assets.

Finally, we reaffirm Transemel's commitment in all the cities where our facilities are located. We will continue to strengthen our processes to guarantee the operational continuity of the facilities and improve the quality of service for the community, the authority and our collaborators, decisively contributing to the sustainable development of the Chilean electricity system.
