SINES TERMINAL WITH RECORD NUMBER OF SHIPS IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2017

Sines LNG Terminal received, in the first three months of the year, 12 conventional methane tankers, which is a new quarterly record.

All operations consisted of unloading, as the Natural Gas was intended for regasification in the National Natural Gas Transmission Network, operated by REN. This network ensures the delivery of natural gas from points of the entry into the pipeline to its exit points, supplying the distribution networks and the customers connected directly at high pressure.

Sines Terminal is by its characteristics, location and operating efficiency, a structural element in the assurance of security in the supply, both for Portugal and for Spain.
