The 2026 General Shareholders Meeting approves all items by a large majority

All six items put to the vote at the REN 2026 Annual General Meeting, held on the morning of 15 April in Sacavém, have been approved.

The meeting, which took place in person alongside a virtual component, achieved a quorum of 57.728% and approved all items on the agenda with a majority of over 99%.

Among the items deliberated was the distribution of a gross dividend of €0.160 per share (paid in two instalments), approved by a 100% vote.
