REN certified as a family-friendly organisation

REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais has been certified as a Family Responsible Entity (EFR). This certification was awarded by Fundación Másfamilia, in partnership with ACEGE, and confirms and reinforces the company's commitment to work-life balance and the well-being of its employees through policies that promote flexibility, family support and quality at work.

Since 2014, REN has had a specific programme for developing a climate conducive to the personal and professional development of its employees. Over the years, the programme has had an impact on the quality of life, experience and satisfaction of the company's professionals, and is a valuable tool for preventing emotional imbalance and reconciling personal, family and professional well-being. Balance, Equality and Inclusion are the three pillars of the programme, which was recognised in 2024 by the Wellbeing Awards.

The EFR certification from the Másfamilia Foundation has been recognised by the United Nations and the Interreg Europe programme for promoting work-life balance management policies within companies, taking into account the needs of employees and offering organisations a series of guidelines to make them more aware of the working environment they provide for their employees.
