REN distinguished at the Healthy Worplaces awards

REN was awarded 2nd place at the Healthy Workplaces Awards in the Large Business category. These Awards honour businesses and public organisations that invest in the construction of a healthy working environment and in focused human resources policies intended to contribute to greater employee satisfaction and well-being.

Founded in 2015 by the Order of Portuguese Psychologists within the framework of partnerships with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and with the Working Conditions Authority (ACT), the Award aims to promote physical and mental health in workplaces at small, medium and large Portuguese companies. Applications were assessed by a panel of judges consisting of experts in the fields of health, psychology and human resources, associated with enterprises, higher education, the Order of Psychologists and public bodies.

In May this year, REN was considered one of the 'Most Attractive Employers' in Portugal by Universum, a company that specialises in Employer Branding. In August, it won Silver in the Best Place to Work category at the Biz Awards. In October, REN was also considered one of the 20 most attractive businesses to work for in Portugal, according to a study carried out by the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho and by Spark Agency.
