REN General Shareholder´s Meeting on the 30th of April

REN General shareholders Meeting (GSM) will be held on the 30th of April.

Among other points, the meeting will approve the 2012 annual results. In 2012 REN recorded a net profit of 123.9 million euros, representing an increase of 2.7% compared to 2011.
