REN's Contact Centre was once again awarded by the Portuguese Association of Contact Centres (APCC) at the APCC Best Awards, with a Bronze trophy, in the category of best contact centre in Portugal in the energy sector.
This is the second award given by that association, which, in 2021, also recognised the quality of the company's Contact Centre.
For Paula Pinto, head of REN's Commercial Operations area, this award reflects 'the commitment of our team and of our partner, Manpower, in setting high standards of service quality and good practices in this sector, which makes us extremely proud and motivated to continue to provide an excellent service to all our customers, both external and internal, in favour of continuous improvement'.
'This honour, which we received for the second year in a row, is, of course, very gratifying and is not only proof of our commitment and constant focus on the customer but also a stimulus for us to permanently strengthen and optimise the Contact Centre operations, which are currently no longer limited to REN Portgás', emphasises Isabel Fernandes, director of Energy Services.
The APCC Best Awards' trophies are an annual initiative of the APCC and their main purpose is to honour and offer visibility to the organisations that most stand out for the implementation and adoption of good organisational practices in the Contact Centre area in Portugal, both in strategic, operational, and technological management, and in human capital, as well as to contribute to the recognition of service excellence and to the strengthening and development of this activity, aiming for the highest standards of quality and performance.
The Best Awards 2022 ceremony took place on 17 May, during the 19th annual edition of the APCC International Conference, at the Estoril Congress Centre.
