REN Trainee Program 2022/2023

The 12th edition of the REN Trainees Program is approaching. The initiative is looking for master's finalists or recent masters for the various areas of the company. The applications for the program are already open.

This is a paid professional internship, starting on September 7 and lasting 12 months, in the areas of Electrotechnics, Chemistry, Mechanics and Industrial Management, Economics, Management and Social Sciences. These are job rotation opportunities, giving trainees the chance to learn about and develop activities in the various areas of REN, allowing them to gain a global view of the company and providing extensive learning and training.

The aim of the initiative is to provide recent graduates from different areas of study with integration into the job market, giving them the possibility to start their professional career in a solid company.

All trainees will be accompanied by a supervisor during the internship and will also have the possibility of having a mentor, that is, a person from a different area of work and with more years of experience in the company who helps them in their integration and in the evolution of the professional path.

Internships begin in September and are paid, with food subsidy and 22 days off.
