Within the framework of Extensive Decree No. 266 of 2024, which establishes expansion works for the national and regional transmission systems of the Ministry of Energy, the electricity transmission company Transemel S.A. (Transemel S.A.) announces an international public tender for the award of construction rights for transmission expansion works for the following projects:

• Expansion Project at the Cóndores 110 KV (HV+LV) Substation with a reference value of USD 1,579,763
• Project to adapt the 1x110kV Esmeralda - Sur line section at the Sur Substation with a reference value of USD 1,221,806

The process will be carried out under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) scheme, promoting private investment and operational efficiency in critical infrastructure for the country.
