REN on the TOP 3 of Portugal's best places to work

REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais placed 3rd in the Energy category of 'Portugal's Most Attractive Employers 2020' ranking. This rank resulted from the votes of more than 11,200 students of Management, IT and Engineering courses of several Portuguese universities, and included more than 100 companies.

The 'Most Attractive Employers in Portugal' ranking consists of an evaluation carried out by Universum, a company specialised in employer branding that had already awarded REN in 2016. The results are calculated annually based on interviews and the votes of students from universities across the country, and are an important way for defining policies and strategies to attract and retain talent.

From the analysis performed, the differentiating elements most valued by students in Portugal, segmented by Management, IT and Engineering areas, are the following: the challenges, the different professional experiences, the training and development, the prospect of career progression, and innovation (see the 2020 ranking here).
