Electric vehicle batteries resistant to the loading and unloading process - REN Prize and Expresso publicize examples of innovation in Portuguese Universities

In the not too distant future, electric vehicles' batteries will have to be more resistant to the charging and discharging process in order to be connected to smart electrical grids. This is what João Trovão, a researcher from Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra and from Université de Sherbrooke, in Canada, is working on with his team.

On 8 November, the winners of the REN Prize will be revealed at a conference in partnership with Expresso, under the topic of Innovation in Portuguese Universities, the connection to companies and the creation of value for the country.
