APCER certifies the R&D+I management system of five companies of the REN Group

REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais had the Research, Development, and Innovation Management System of five companies of its business group certified by APCER (Portuguese Certification Association). Thus, this management tool of REN Serviços, REN Elétrica, REN Gasodutos, REN Armazenagem, and REN Atlântico is now certified in accordance with standard NP 4457:2007.

The certification process started in January 2021 and was successfully completed at the end of last year. This is, nonetheless, the end result of three years of defining and consolidating a transversal and integrating system, which has enabled REN's Operational Innovation area to carry out RDI projects, by promoting open communication and a culture of Innovation at REN.
