And what if, instead of using solar panels, we could have a laser in space, capturing the sun's energy and sending it to Earth? This is what these researchers from FCT NOVA of Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, coordinated by Dawei Liang, are working on.

On 8 November, the winners of the REN Prize will be revealed at a conference in partnership with Expresso, under the topic of Innovation in Portuguese Universities, the connection to companies and the creation of value for the country.
