REN 2023 Shareholders' General Meeting approves all points with a large majority

All seven points submitted for resolution at the REN 2023 Shareholders' General Meeting, held on the morning of April 27, in Sacavém, are approved.

The session, which resumed the face-to-face format, simultaneously with the telematic means, gathered a quorum of 61.59% and approved, unanimously or by a majority of more than 98%, all the resolution proposals. (For more information, please see the following release)
