REN’s Annual Report and Sustainability Report awarded the gold and silver prizes

REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais was awarded Gold for its 2018 Annual Report and Silver for its Sustainability Report at the W³ and International Business Awards, respectfully.  

The W³ Awards awarded Gold to the 2018 Digital Annual Report in the Websites for Energy category. The competition aims to honour initiatives of excellence in the digital context, such as websites, videos and mobile phone apps. The nominations are made by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, composed of executives from companies such as Disney, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Microsoft, MTV Networks, among others.

REN was also awarded a Silver Stevie for its Sustainability Report, in the category of Best Annual Report - Privately-Owned Companies. The International Business Awards (Stevie Awards) annually honour organisations, both public and private, from all over the world, that stand out with positive contributions to society. 

The Stevie Awards awarded Gold to the Roca Group Annual Report, of Ulled Asociados de Barcelona, Spain, and also awarded the Bertelsmann Annual Report 2018 (Germany), the IDO Annual Report 2018 (Turkey) and the Hilti 2018 Company Report (Liechtenstein) with silver. 

The selection and evaluation process was carried out by a panel of 12 qualified jurors, who gave a score from 1 to 10. In order for entries to be eligible for Gold, Silver or Bronze, they must receive an average score of at least 7 points, regardless of the category.

REN's Annual Report had its graphic concept and web design developed by the White and By agencies.
