REN's new website awarded in international competition

For its new corporate website, REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais was honoured with three silver awards at the Vega Digital Awards 2023 in the categories of Energy, Best User Experience, and Best Data Visualisation, all in both PC and Mobile versions.

Launched in June of this year, REN's new website is more up-to-date and user-friendly, allowing users to quickly and intuitively access all information related to the company's activities. Among the new content created are areas dedicated to REN’s operations, innovation, and sustainability.

The new version of REN's website also includes audio description to enhance accessibility. The Vega Digital Awards, organised by the International Awards Associate, recognise digital projects from around the world. The winners are chosen by a selected jury, which includes professionals from around the world, including Portugal.The projects that are submitted are reviewed and scored on a scale from 0 to 100.

Over 4,000 hours were spent developing the new website. New Normal was responsible for the website’s new image and design, and Decskill developed it.
